"Regular installs should have reverse DNS notation desktop and
metainfo files as well. This becomes important if we ever make use
of things like dbus service activation further down the line. And
renaming it then will break peoples app shortcuts and other things."

The VST plugin done via GTK for non-apple & non-windows pulls <gdk/gdkx.h>,
which is specific to X11 and thus isn't available in a pure-wayland system.
This disables it automatically.

- Remove `src/import/ImportGStreamer.cpp`
- Remove CMake definition from `src/audacity_config.h.in`
- Remove credit in About Dialog, since we don't even bundle that anymore
- Remove GStreamer mention from comment
- Remove USE_GSTREAMER macro
The feature itself is a leftover that is more than a decade old. Upstream
Audacity and downstream packagers don't enable that either.

Move build information functionality into new `BuildInfo.h` header.

ShuttleGUI::AddWindow has a new argument now: positionFlags. This argument does not change the default behavior.
StartWrapLay/EndWrapLay are added, so wxWrapSizer can be used from the ShuttleGUI.
Break the workflow into smaller stages (Configure, Build, Install,
Package, etc.) so that you can see exactly which stage failed in the
GitHub Actions run log.
Create a separate Bash CI script for each job stage (configure.sh,
build.sh, install.sh, package.sh, etc.) to reduce the size of the main
YAML workflow file and enable Bash syntax highlighting.
